I Conclude all the statements here only in the beginning by saying that the standard is even below than what you can expect!

Tikona broadband is available nearly everywhere. Their connectivity is through a device which is placed on the top of your roof, connecting wirelessly to nearly placed towers. But the device on your roof will be connected to your computer via LAN cable.

I summarize it in points here:

ü  First of all, Tikona agent collects money in advance at your home before connection. They may be FAKE. So check their ID and confirm it on customer care number.

ü  Ensure anyhow that the availability is in your area or not otherwise after some days of payment, you will abuse them a lot. ( Don’t ask why)

ü  Understand about the payment correctly, they take installation charges and some bill of 15 days or so may be generated.

Some FAQ that arise will get answer here:

·         Yes, Weather has the effect on the connectivity especially in Night.

·         Its speed is not constant (up and down).

·         They have poor System connectivity because you have to log in always to access internet, their portal in not good or helping.
